Refund Policy
At Retro King Mini, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you decide that your order isn't right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the conditions below.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of placing your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included items should be returned with the product.
- You must contact us before sending your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
Your refund will be reduced by:
- A 20% restocking fee, and
- The original/initial shipping cost paid on the order.
The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Example: If your order total was $100 plus $10 initial shipping, the 20% restocking fee would be calculated on the product purchase amount, and the original $10 shipping cost would not be refunded.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Retro King Mini unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Retro King Mini is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at retrokingmini@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
