At Retro King Mini, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in original condition

• Be unused and undamaged

• Include original packaging and accessories (if applicable)

Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping Costs

A $14 shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping expenses incurred when your order was sent.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Products returned without authorization

• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us:

Include:

• Your order number

• Name used on the order

• Reason for return

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Refund Amount = Purchase Price
minus 20% restocking fee
minus $14 original shipping cost

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
